This report is Probably true and is of High Priority. Here is why -
SSPDF soldiers were offloaded into Lainya Town and went to Rudu village (about 10 kilometres northeast of Lainya Town), where they arrested eight (8) men and took them to the Bereka area. The detained civilians were then ordered to escort the soldiers to positions where NAS forces could be found. The government troops started moving into the bush on three fronts at Loka Round, Malari, and Bereka. This move by SSPDF is feared to put the lives of the civilians raided and taken hostage in danger, especially if they fail to locate the rebels.
