This report is Probably true
and is of
High Priority.
Here is why -
In Tika, a man survived to be kidnapped by unknown people whom they believed to be members of National security send from south Sudan. This was reported to the Office of the prime minister (OPM) as the survivor was under protection in Ocea reception center. According to the RWC 1 chairperson of Tika, He has often times witnessed unknown people entering the settlement without acquiring any permission to move around the villages. This is one of the concern that almost every one in the camp believed and suspected those unknown people to be national security send from south Sudan .
In south Sudan, National Security are more feared than the army because of the crimes they are committing against the people. So every one in the camp is more careful when ever he could hear anything about the national security
