Here is why -
According to the insiders in Juba, the TGoNU will be formed in May, amid doubts by the opposition who cite delays in unifying the army and determining number of states and boundaries. However the SPLA/IO cites the TGoNU won’t be formed due to delays in the Security Arrangements, Number of states, Enactment of Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan, The failure to avail the necessary financial resources by the incumbent government, releasing of PoW and Federalism, devolution of powers and resources. Hagiga Wahid couldn’t verify whether the parties will remain committed to what they signed in 12/09/2018.
