This rumour was confirmed false after reaching to the TTC Kondeko Boma authorities where the incident was reported. According to the authorities , on the night of the 14th April 2024, A patrol team that comprised of the joint operation forces found a 21 year old man roaming at curfew hours hence leading to his arrest but was released early this morning.
