According to a catholic catechist, the South Sudanese government soldiers moved out from their trenches at Bazi army garrison in Morobo County to Karabga, a neighboring village located inside the Democratic Republic of Congo, where they terrorized people, looted, and vandalized buildings belonging to the locals, whom they accused of sympathizing with the rebels of the National Salvation Front (NAS) and harbouring them.
