This report is Confirmed true and is of High Priority. Here is why -
According to the report from one of the reliable south sudan sources Dr. Martin Elia Lomuro and the internal security chief of South Sudan met in Kampala Uganda on 28/1/2019 with a group of Equatorians that have showed great interest in the SPLM-faction of Juba. the holdout group is led by Colonel Yanga Moses, the group includes those of Kiri Benet, Bosco Lubang and Isaac Yilo. The group claims, they do not belong or affiliate themselves with any other party, they have shown interest to join the TGONU directly through Minister Martin Elia Lomuro, although Yanga defected last year from NAS to join South Sudan United Front ( SSUF) of Gen Paul Malong Awan. It is not clear yet whether Yanga has defected again from Gen. Paul Awan camp, but it is clear that he has defected to join the Government, or could be working as an agent . They were promised to be integrated into the SSPDF with full ranks and thousands of US dollars by Minister Elia. Col. Yanga claims that they have many soldiers and officers in Uganda and in the bushes of Central Equatoria south Sudan fighting under NAS. The group is influenced by Minister Martin Elia, who has instructed them to go into Kampala and recruit loyal members of the National Salvation Front under General Thomas Cirrilo. These two officers have accused many innocent business-men of aiding the rebellion in Central Equatoria State, they accused innocent Civilians of being Gen. Thomas Spy in CES, causing the arrest of many innocent Equatorians. Recently according to Col Kiri Benet statement on his social media account, he promised to soon lead a battalion heavily armed alongside government troops (SSDF) to deal with the holdout rebel group of NAS Under Thomas Cirrilo in Lainya & Wonduruba and Dolo. The group claims that they were the once who mobilized youths in Central Equatoria State fighting under NAS to join General Thomas Cirrilo, but were disappointed when they were dismissed from the Party and Military Ranks of file by General Thomas Cirrilo Swaka.
