Here is why -
The president of Uganda has ordered a lockdown for 42 days (six weeks). People are prohibited from using most public transport and having social gatherings. Please like bars and cinemas remain closed. Public transport within a district is allowed but with strict operating procedures. Open markets suspended, schools have been ordered to close, and all teachers are required to be be vaccinated before the reopening of the schools.
