According to information coming from Lainya, Kajo-Kaji, and Yei, there are ongoing confrontations between the joint SSPDF and the SPLA-IO under Dr Riek Machar and the National Salvation Front (NAS) under Gen Thomas Cyrillo in several locations. This has led to the displacement of thousands of civilians.
