The rumor reported was not true. It was that on 9/Dec/2018 When a consortium of south Sudanese civil societies organizations operating in Uganda were disseminating the revitalized south Sudan peace agreement in the Arua district Refugee camps the other unacquainted refugee felt that those CSO facilitators were government agents who were send to convince them to return back to south Sudan while still the situation is out of control
