General Thomas Cyrillo and the National Salvation Front (NAS) have not joined the Unity Government and is not part of the implementation of the R-ARCSS but have signed two separate agreements with the government. One of these is called the Cessations of Hostilities Agreement (COHA) and the other is an agreement committing to continue negotiations with the South Sudanese government in order to address the root causes of the conflict in South Sudan.
