Medium Priority.
Here is why -
President Salva Kiir agreed and endorsed an order to revert the country back to ten states, including three administrative areas such as Abyei, Boma, and Ruweng respectively following and after their meeting in Addis Ababa where he requested for more days to consult with his people and after a meeting of the presidency at the State House last Friday. President Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar are under pressure to resolve their differences by the 22 February 2020 deadline for forming a unity government under the peace agreement.
