According to the secretary of the Yei Civil Society forum, they have witnessed a number of South Sudanese refugees who have crossed from the refugee's camps from Uganda back to South Sudan but none were targeted or killed if not suspected of supporting or affiliated to the rebels (National Salvation Front)
