Here is why -
Local media houses in Juba report that the local authorities in Lafon County have confirmed that Dinka youth armed with PKMs, RPGs, and other weapons stormed Arilo village last week, allegedly claiming that the locals speak the Murle language. They forced civilians to flee from the area in fear of being killed.
