Here is why -
The driver, who goes by the nickname India, did indeed hit the two bodaboda riders in Ofua 3. The two were injured badly and were rushed for medical attention while the driver, who pretended to be running to report himself to the police, has escaped to an unknown location for fear of punishment. However, the Ugandan police are searching for him.
