Here is why -
South Sudanese government soldiers entered DRC and confronted with the Congolese army. The Congolese forces after the withdrawal of the SSPDF back to the boarders retaliated by attacking south Sudanese refugee camp forcing dozens to flee DRC.
UNHCR and the OPM reported new arrival from south Sudan’s Equatorial region and DRC and are in preparations to receiving more.
