Khalid Butrus together with the other South Sudan opposition alliance members (SSOA) have been wrangling over the distribution of portfolios in the revitalize transitional government of National Unity in Juba since the month of July and till date and have not got an opportunity to travel out of Juba said one of the civil society activist who have been apart of the peace negations.
