This report is Confirmed true and is of Medium Priority. Here is why -
The local council 1 (LC1) chairperson of Eden village Rhino camp refugee settlement had confirmed to the Chairperson RWC1 Village 6 that its true that the members of his community had stopped some 3 women and 1 boy from collecting fire wood in areas that they reserved for their farm. According to the LC1 the trees around the area they reserved were all cut down by the refugee as it has changed the environmental conditions of the area so he instead directed those women to another location which they women felt has no firewood in. The 2 women also confirmed the incident to have taken place citing they had a full permission from the local authorities but later they changed there decision by directing men to come and stop them from collecting the fire wood instead are demanding them to pay them certain amount of money before allowing them to fetch the firewood
