Here is why -
The incident was confirmed by West Nile regional police spokesperson, who said the body was discovered near Berifa forests in Arua municipality. The deceased was identified as Wani Kabdaraku Lazarus a student at Kajo-Keji Health Institute in Arua. The body is in Arua referral hospital mortuary for preservation awaiting postmortem while the police are carrying out the investigations.
