Here is why -
The local government of Twic East county confirmed to Hagiga Wahid that the vehicle was ambushed on a flooded part of the road near the Canal locally known as Makarawin. The attack killed five people and the property of the passengers were looted. The Chief administrator said the local government doesn't know the identity of the attackers.
