this report is confirmed true. there is heavy deployment of Government forces in Kondeko Boma offices, this has not only caused fear within that community but has disrupted the works of the local administration of the Boma since they both share the same premises. according to the local authorities , locals and other visitors find it difficult to visit or access their offices because of the presence of the army personnel and all the guns that cover the premise and this is hindering their work. they are asking if the army can be moved to a separate premise to enable them do serve the community freely. however the deployment of these forces was as a result of the constant rebel attacks a few months ago where the rebel forces could come up to the town centers of Kondeko Boma to abduct people.
